At Stylarro, every piece is crafted from 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold-plated finish — waterproof, hypoallergenic, and built to last. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. When can you return or exchange?
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is significantly different from what was shown on the website
- The item is unworn and in original condition, and you changed your mind (returns only, within 7 days)
2. What cannot be returned?
- Items that have been worn, used, resized, or altered
- Items without original packaging, tags, or pouch
- Customised or personalised items (e.g. engravings, custom hampers)
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Sale or clearance items — unless they arrive defective
3. How to raise a request
- Email stylarro@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 91507 62506 with your order number and reason.
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
- Pack the item securely and ship to the address we provide.
- Refund or exchange processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
⚠ Important
Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Refunds

Prepaid orders — refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer. Share your bank details when requesting.

Store credit — we'll issue 110% of the refund value as store credit if you prefer.
5. Exchanges
- Raise exchange requests within 10 days of delivery.
- If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference.
- If it costs less, the difference is issued as store credit.
- Subject to stock availability — if unavailable, we'll offer a full refund.

We recommend a tracked courier. Stylarro is not responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Care & warranty
Our jewellery is waterproof, sweat-proof, and tarnish-resistant. To maintain quality:
- Store in the pouch provided when not wearing
- Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotions, or chemicals
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use
30-day manufacturing defect warranty
If a piece shows a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no cost — no questions asked.
