Welcome to Stylarro. By browsing or placing an order on our website stylarro.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About us

Stylarro is an online jewellery store based in India, selling anti-tarnish jewellery, hair accessories, and gift hampers. We operate exclusively through our website stylarro.com. For any queries, reach us at stylarro@gmail.com or +91 91507 62506.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products

• All our jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold-plated finish unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight colour or finish variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.
• We do our best to keep product listings accurate and up to date. In the rare event of an error in description or pricing, we reserve the right to correct it and notify you before processing your order.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you with alternatives or a full refund.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing your order (except COD).
• Stylarro reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders & confirmation

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it is not a confirmed sale until you receive an order confirmation from us.
• You will receive a confirmation email or message after a successful order.
• If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately at stylarro@gmail.com. We cannot make changes once the order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping & delivery

• We ship PAN India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier partner.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Stylarro is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the courier.

7. Returns & refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which is available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

8. Custom hampers & personalised orders

• Custom hampers and personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
• Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not accepted.
• Please ensure all customisation details (names, sizes, colour preferences) are correct before placing a custom order.

9. Cancellations

• You may cancel a standard order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at stylarro@gmail.com.
• Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Stylarro reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Intellectual property

• All content on stylarro.com — including product images, logos, text, and designs — is the property of Stylarro and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
• The Stylarro name and logo are our trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & data

• We collect your name, address, phone number, and email to process and deliver your orders.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except our logistics and payment partners who need it to fulfil your order.
• By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

• Stylarro's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
• We make no warranties beyond those stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Stylarro is not liable for any loss or damage caused by using our products contrary to the care instructions provided.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from orders placed on stylarro.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to these terms

Stylarro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
