We ship all Stylarro orders carefully packed to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📦 Please note Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time = processing (1–2 days) + delivery (varies by location).

2. Delivery timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location. All timelines are in business days from the date of dispatch and are estimates — actual delivery may vary depending on the courier and your area.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.

4. Tracking your order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • Use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status.
  • If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at stylarro@gmail.com.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹1,500 and for select pin codes.
  • A COD handling fee of ₹30 – ₹50 may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being restricted for your account.

6. Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Stylarro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or lost shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us at stylarro@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date so we can raise a complaint with the courier.
  • Stylarro will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Delays & exceptions

  • Delivery timelines may be longer during festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year), sale periods, or due to natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We will notify you of any significant delays via email or WhatsApp.
  • Stylarro is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner once the shipment has been handed over.
🛍️ Gift hamper orders Custom hampers may require an additional 1–2 days for preparation before dispatch. We'll confirm the dispatch date with you after your order is placed.
